Acute pancreatitis. Ultrasound shows no masses- no cancer. But they don’t know why he is sick. I am stuck on the coast while the family has been at the emergency vet. Touch and go tonight and I am helplessly drinking. Wish us luck, Oppo.

Not to give you any false hope but I've worked with a few dogs that had pancreatitis and all lived normal lives. They just needed medication and special food.

Dude, that sucks. I'm so sorry. I love my dog so much that I can't even picture that day for myself without tearing up.
